Welcome back to iEX, the show that brings you right up to date with all the latest action sports, news and events from around the world.

This week on iEX we begin as usual by catching up with the latest news and event winners from around the globe. Then it’s over to the Swiss Alps for the extremely fast parallel slalom, with both the men and women snowboarders taking on the demanding course.

Then we head over to Les Arcs for a special contest that features a set of skis and a parachute combined, its the Speedflying Pro event!

Next we take a look at inline skater Sam Tuffnell as the man from Brighton tells us a little bit about his life as a ‘Rollerblader’ so far.

Finally its over to the Freeride World Tour from Mont Blanc as the snowboarders and freeskiers take on the challenge to see if they have what it takes to conquer the mountain.

Finally its over to Quebec, Canada for the fifth stop on the FIS Big Air contest before heading over to Bad Gastien, Germany. For the third stop of the Snowboard Cross world Tour.

Happy New Year and welcome back to iEX!

This week on the show we have highlights from the World Alpine Rock Fest, where top downhill skiers compete in Andallo, Italy in a new event which collaborates downhill skiing and rock music!

Then its over to the Billabong Pro Maui for the women’s ASP surfing. A first time in women’s surfing history as VANS sponsored the event making it even more competitive amongst the top female surfers on the planet.

Finally we have highlights from the FIS World Cup Parallel Giant Slalom in Telluride, Collarado. As well as the action from the IFMXF World tour, and the last stop from Forteleza, Brazil.

Then its over to Putrajaya, Malaysia for one of Asia’s largest water sports complexes and the next leg on the IWWF water ski world tour.

Finally we have all the best action from the Quiksilver: Eddie Aiykea event that was happening in Hawaii; 28 of the worlds best surfers took to the monster 50 foot waves for an event that remembered an iconic surfing legend, Eddie Aiykea.

Welcome back to iEX, this week on the show we have all the best action highlights from the penultimate stop of the Women’s Triple Crown - The Gidget Pro. Held on Sunset beach in Hawaii, the event featured all the big names in women’s surfing tackling the 20 foot high waves.

Then we are heading over to the city of Prague, the capital city of the Czech Republic for a special FMX “Gladiator Games” event, big names such as Robbie Maddison, Danny Torres and many more turned up to entertain the stadium filled crowd.

Finally we have all highlights from the Billabong Air and Style from Inssbruck, Austria. Plus highlights from the opening stage of the Abu Dhabi, Adventure Challenge.

Welcome back to another edition of iEX, this week on the show we begin with highlights from the KPWT: SuperKite from Cumbuco in Brazil. We have all the highlights from the Men’s as well as the Women’s events -  which included the Wave and Freestyle disciplines as well as a roundup of current ranking points.

Next we take a look at a very unique and special event which took place in Paris, France. Sponsored by Quicksilver and promoted by the man himself; the Tony Hawk Show featured an incredible array of skateboarding, music and Art. Set in a spectacular location, numerous sports athletes took to the ramps including Hawk himself who displayed his signature move… The 900 in front of a ‘invitation only’ audience.

We also have highlights from the FIS Snowboarding Tour in Stockholm and the Red Bull One 2009 Break dancing event which took place in the city which never sleeps; New York.

Welcome back to iEX, this week on the show were heading over to ISWC Speed World Cup which took place in Karpathos, Greece; the worlds elite windsurfers took to the waters in a bid to claim the 2009 championship title.

Next we take a close look at snowboarding legend, Terje Haakensson and get an inside look into the Norwegians world of snowboarding action.

Then we head to Sweden for the annual Free-Ski event - The King of Style before finally heading back to France and to Pessac; where the Vibration Urbaines event finishes off with the break dancing event with teams going head to head for the 2009 crown.

Welcome back to iEX, this week on the show we head over to Pessac in France where a big BMX as well as Skateboarding contest is taking place. The Vibrations Urbaines is the contest and we have all the highlights from the main event disciplines.

Next its over to the FIS Snowboarding World Cup Tour in Barcelona, Spain. The second leg of the Big Air contest is taking place in the Olympic stadium and over 600 tons of snow went into preparing the 35m jump and landing areas. With over 20,000 spectators watching the action, the pressure was certainly on the riders.

Finally we have highlights from the O’Neill Coldwater Classic in one of surfings prime locations; Santa Cruz, California . This is where the tour wraps up the circuit and the bonus $50.000 prize is announced.
